To all our clients,

Based on the new provisions of the different departmental and national authorities, we are obliged to comply with certain biosafety standards in our agencies at the national level.

That is why we inform you of the following measures adopted by our company, as part of our work methodology, to protect the safety and health of all Bolivians:

• Daily disinfection of our physical work areas (agencies and warehouses).
• Disinfection for clients who enter any of our agencies.
• Daily disinfection of our physical work areas (agencies and warehouses).

• Use of biosafety suit, masks and chinstraps for all staff.
• Constant hand washing of all staff.
• Use of alcohol gel for constant hand disinfection, both for staff and customers.
• Permanent use of gloves, and double control in the handling of our products in agencies.
• Use of thermometers to measure the temperature of clients when entering any of our agencies.
• Use of thermometers to measure the temperature of our plant and agency workers.

Security implements provided to our staff:

• Instructions on personal care, coexistence and the measures to be taken.
• Daily record form on temperature and/or symptoms.
  Biosafety suits.
• Disposable chinstraps and/or masks.
  Chinstraps (reusable, washable and sterilizable), with triple layer of protection plus protective filter.
• Eye protectors.
• Nitrile gloves and/or disposable latex gloves.
• Nylon gloves (to be able to handle the product by weight).
• Food tongs to handle chocolates by weight.
• Disinfection mats for entry to agencies.
• Bleach, drinking alcohol and gel alcohol

Signage used in agencies to remember the importance of distance and personal care.

• High traffic sticker to keep the distance of 1.5 meters.
• Signage to avoid the self-service that we had in agencies on products by weight.

The security measures and implements are mandatory and are controlled daily in order to comply with you, and offer you a safe and reliable space.
